Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or engage our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell it. What this site stores inside your browser is a separate question, answered on the cookies page.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, the service you selected, and your message. Nothing on this site asks for payment details or government identifiers.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as a normal part of serving the site and defending it from abuse.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry, and if it turns into work, to deliver the services you asked for.
- To keep the site secure and available, including detecting and blocking abuse of the contact form.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations when we enter a commercial relationship.
We do not use your details to build a profile of you, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Your data is handled by the people at this company who need it to answer you, and by the service providers we rely on to operate.
- PROCESSOR LIST PENDING — our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- PROCESSOR LIST PENDING — our email provider, which carries contact-form submissions and our replies.
This list must be completed with the real providers before publication. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
RETENTION PERIODS PENDING — enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after a defined period; records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as accounting and limitation law requires. Both periods must be set to real values before publication.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form.
Write to us using the address on the contact page and we will answer. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS, contact-form submissions travel encrypted, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we will tell you if a breach affects your data and the law requires notice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The date above always reflects the last substantive change.
Contacting us about your data
